One of my personal goals was to make it onto patched.to… and alas, Dasaint has finally made it.
I’m feeling extremely proud of this achievement.
Now, who’s in charge of ringing the bell for new entrants? 🔔 And where are the drinks and refreshments? I assume there’s some sort of official welcome ceremony around here. 😂
Or did I just show up, sign in, and declare myself successful all by myself?
Okay, seriously for a moment…
The funny thing is, getting onto patched.to isn't actually the milestone I'm most proud of.
I've spent a long time trying to figure out this whole online-money space. I've come across countless “opportunities,” spent money on some that turned out to be scams, and wasted plenty of time on others that ultimately went nowhere.
Eventually, I stopped looking for the next opportunity and decided to build something myself.
I had an idea I genuinely believed could work, and that idea turned into months of hard work.
I'm talking late nights, long days, writing code, debugging scripts, breaking things, fixing them, testing them again and again, and going back to the drawing board whenever something didn't behave the way it should.
I wasn't just testing some random ideas and moving on. I had one particular thing I wanted to make work, and I became determined to build it properly — from end to end.
After months of that grind, I can finally say I have something functional. The different pieces work together, the underlying rules are in place, and I've put serious effort into making sure the system behaves the way it is supposed to.
That, for me, is the real achievement.
I'm deliberately not going to explain the whole thing here. I'll put up another thread when I'm ready and explain what I've spent all these months building.
For now, I'll just say this:
Dasaint didn't come to patched.to empty-handed. 😎
