Disgusting attitude to their customers!!!
Technical support does not answer, tickets hang for more than 3 days without answers. Servers have been down since the 5th of March. When asked to provide backups, they simply do not answer.

It is better to avoid such service and use their services. All prufs are available on request I can provide.
Do not waste your time and money on them

If you have read the announcement. Sure, it has taken longer than expected and but we are actively working on it and fixing it. Everyone will get the time reminding all servers will be up and you can take your server files.
