Hi, it always used to work fine +- 2 years ago. Since about 4 months nothing works anymore. I tried a lot of tools, no matter if tier 1 or tier 2 auth.
I am using VMWare, no vpn, latest windows 10. Windows defender is disabled. I am logged in on google chrome in the VM, nowhere else. I run the tool, get the promt to enter my auth, I copy it from the website, press control V to verify (it verifies and says its safe to use), then go into the tool and paste the key. Everything correctly. But I ALWAYS get invalid. Not unknown, but invalid. Can any of the staff members please tell me whats the issue? Everything used to work fine a year or 2 ago. Neither is my IQ below room temperature. I'm 99% certain the issue is on your side. Any backend errors? any issues with the new gladiator group and it's permissions? I need some answers here, not just stuff like "restart the vm" or "make sure windows defender is turned off" bc i'm not a noob.
