Auth Result: Unknown

i purchase a month auth but when i use the auth i get ( Auth Result: Unknown ) error , i test it in my rdp and my main pc but both same error , also i refresh the auth page and i tried many times , btw my main pc : Windows 10 Pro - 22H2 / my rdp : Windows Server 2022 Datacenter - 21H2

If you're trying to use tier 2 tools, you need tier 2 auth for that. Nova and Diamond tier 2 VIP is tier 1.

i try NNMail_PTO but still same error help me pls
