Cant chat in sb/marketplace

i cant send my text to the sb/marketplace,ive been refreshing like 5 times but it still the same,also im not muted

(update, sorry for the delay, yall need to upload 5 threads and 10 posts to chat publicly)
or just upgrade if yall niggz are rich asf
