BUG [FIXED] My Profile Cover is Bugged

Every time I change my profile cover, it ends up pixelated. No matter what image I use high quality or low quality it still gets pixelated. I even tried the cover that Beastmode sent me, which works perfectly for him, but for me, its pixelated too.
