BUG Usergroups problem

I am unable to reach my  Usergroups settings

I get this error :  You are not authorized for this page.

how can I select it then xd

@A35 this should be enabled , users should be able to switch between usergroups because once you get a rank (contributer/royal/....) you need to PM the admin to manually switch your usergroup to the one you want which is boring bruh
