Building Custom Multi Stage Workflows
I've built:
1. Identity Reconstruction Engine ( Client chose the name ) - starts with a name, follows the trail to IP & linked socials, from there it moves to home addresses & phone number & ends after finding SSNs & Tax IDs where applicable. Data is then cross referenced to ensure accuracy. after filtering out false positives the system maintain 87% accuracy.
2. It Assistant - If a website or server crashes, they system starts diagnostics & attempts fixes before anyone even realizes. If the safe fixes don't work, restarting services or undoing a change etc. doesn't work, the system then pings a human with a full report & the fixes it attempted. It has fixed 74% of crashes thus far giving the real emergencies to the human team.
3. Real Estate Sniper ( my most popular flow) - When a property is listed anywhere, this flow pulls data that isnt on the listing, zoning laws, flood zone risks, school ratings, tax liens etc. Then it calculates the "True Roi" based on current, past, local & international rental market data. Has help my clients only spend time on the upper 2% of deals.
