Who can I contact regarding this issue, or is it something I can do myself? I have already purchased the paid upgrade. I would appreciate any help.

Helloo you neeed just recopy topic in the right sections . From archive i know you cant move because staff disable the archive because was to many scams.So.... Just open again topic in section where is allowed.
