This guy had is tier 2 support do my refunds. He is too big so has shitty people doing refunds. When the tier 2 fails, the tier 1's come in to try and save the refund. 

2 refunds failed and 1 was successful. Failed my Amazon Refund.

You are the only person complaining we assure that all orders are updated daily. And we reply all dms daily also so u was getting instant replies and constant updates during whole process! There is thousands of factors that make an refund fail on this case your account wasn't great enough pushing the blame on our work is just shameless from your side!

Yes, support is one of the best, replies are fast and questions are answered without issues, even though the Amazon failed, i was able to return my items. I take back shitty people. Inexperienced people. 

Still, 2 failed refunds and 1 successful.
