i've been working out for a month and I wanted to know if taking ozempic is worth it to cut down on my fat mass on my body and would I lose more muscle or just more fat

Just do multiple muscle group exercises and stop eating carbs and sugars, go on calorie deficit and in 2-3 months you will lose so much fucking weight.

Drink warm water with lemon.
Walk , run, if possible swim.
Eat vegetables & lean meat

You could look into Keto-diet, you can eat as much as you want and still cut down your fat mass.

Think it gets rid of both. As people have said before, diet and exercise is best. 
Mate works in a GP practice and loads of the staff are on it. They have lost a lot of weight, but they're not fit. Keep doing what you're doing. 

Cutting out bread works a treat btw.
