Make Sure Windows Latest Version and All Updates
.Net Framework -  3.5  to  6.0 
Refresh Auth Page
Use Checker or Any tool on same PC
If it Shows Invalid or Crashes 
Try Auth Some More Times 
Try to Turn Off Windows Defender or any other Antivirus 
Make Sure to Do All Things ...
