GetAllStock - Crypto Details

I've sent money to GetAllStock to get some stock pics but it is forever holding on waiting for payment...


I am prompted this which there is no details what to accept i put in Get All Stock and its confirmed payments but hours later its still waiting for the payment. 
I think i have now lost the money but what am i supposed to do. I am now trying to $1 ammount and theyre not getting recieved
