Hey y'all, can someone point me in the right direction if I want to test out a RAT or something but not use it on local? No-ip is a hostname which isn't permitted, and I'm not sure if tor IP's are able to be reused, as setting the "server ip" seems to need to be static. If there are any helpful people that could help me on this I'd be really grateful!

You can set up a virtual private server (VPS) or use cloud-based virtual machines to simulate a remote environment for testing.
