HIRING WORKERS WITHIN USA (LONG TERM PARTNERSHIP)

I'm looking for a USA based person who owns credit /debit card or residential address or both card and address . this person will be required to place order on USA based outlets using card his/her card . payment for this will be released first to escrow / MM in advanced .
there will be 2 options , either order on my address or order onto your address . each of these options will reward person with different % of commission .

option 1 - if person places order using his/her payment details onto my address , he/she will be awarded with 5% commission of the total amount of order . example - if order is 1kusd , person will receive 50usd.
option 2 - if person places order using his/her payment details onto his/her address , person will be awarded with 15% commission of the total amount of order. example - if order is 1kusd , person will receive 150usd.

all the work is legit and does not involve any fraudulent activity . (there will be few instances where REFUNDING will be involved)
all of the payments will be made in advance regarding order placement to MM.
All of the aged accounts for order placement will be provided by me only .

I'm looking for long term partnership . not looking for short term greed .
commission are not fixed . % can increase depending on the worker .
