In my free time, I try to switch from the screen to something more “lively” - cycling, hiking, sometimes just sitting in the park with a book. After a few years of constant work at the laptop, I realized that without discharge you start to burn out even from what used to inspire you. Sometimes, by the way, I spend time working on bioinformatics - yes, for some people it's not exactly a vacation, but I'm really interested. It all started with a project where we were analyzing genetic data, and I first heard about Compass Bioinformatics - their software was used in a couple of cases, and it really stuck. Since then, I've been periodically reading about how AI is being used in medicine, and it's become such a quiet passion in my spare time.
