I participate in "forum deal" in role middleman.
Paid creation avatar and banner,other paid services in graphic design(garant service(https link to profile) is provided only from buyer).

Please note:seller(you) will decide "will like" to buyer or "not will like" total discount(total discount is price your product with discounted  plus my percentage above).

Advertising process.
Buyer sees product with discounted.
To buyer likes price.
Buyer pays my percentage on to payment details guarantor on forum,seller decides what will be my percentage.
Buyer and seller through me decide what will be deadline in days for forum transaction(i will either receive money in specified deadline or i won't receive money).

Guarantor on forum notifies me that buyer paid money to payment details guarantor.
I'm sending in "forum deal" address "street store" which ready to sell product with discount to buyer.

Buyer arrives on given address,enters in street store,finds employee(seller) and asks "in stock?" this product with discount.
If this product in stock employee(seller) shows buyer this product,which buyer saw on forum with discount.
Buyer inspects product and if to buyer like product,buyer pays money seller and receives receipt for purchase.

If buyer product doesn't like,buyer product doesn't purchase,according to clause in "forum questionnaire" seller must register on forum and write in "forum deal" that buyer has declined refused to purchase this product.
Guarantor will return money to buyer(in full amount).

If you in role seller don't want to register on forum,then advertising won't be(from me) on different forums.


How it will be possible to prove that exactly this buyer,exactly from forum,on which this buyer saw my advertising topic,successfully purchased product.
When buyer pays my percentage to guarantor on payment details guarantor,buyer writes to guarantor in private message "code word".
When buyer meets with seller in store,buyer informs seller exactly same "code word".
Then seller registers on forum and sends to guarantor in private message this "code word"(seller will have such right according to clause in "forum questionnaire").
Guarantor confirms to seller that "code word" is correct.

If buyer purchases product,but buyer messages in "forum deal" that he not buy this product(buyer is lying in "forum deal"),then according to clause in "forum questionnaire" seller is connected to "forum deal"(i'll let you know via messenger when you need to connect to "forum deal"). 
Seller sends in "forum deal" "code word" and sends in "forum deal" screenshot receipt about successful sale product(seller will have such right according to clause "forum questionnaire").
On based "code word" and screenshot receipt about successful sale product guarantor makes decision:send money to middleman or return money to buyer.

I offer two options for cooperation: please choose one option for cooperation.

Option two:buyer completes "forum questionnaire" with items you'll see below.
Your payment details will be included in "forum questionnaire".
Please note:not every guarantor service will accept "forum questionnaire" with such items.
There's no guarantee that buyer will find another guarantor service if original guarantor service,whom buyer trusts, refuses accept "forum questionnaire" with such items.
There's also no guarantee that buyer will find another guarantor service who can accept "forum questionnaire" with such items.
After you receive money from guarantor service,you pay me my percent.
I will tell you exact percent via messenger.

Forum questionnaire according to its items,will grant you right to send private message to guarantor service.
According to items in forum questionnaire,guarantor service will provide you with information for four items.
Information received will satisfy any seller(performer).
Remaining two items are link to buyer's profile and contact information for contacting buyer(you don't need to know these two items).

If guarantor service does not accept forum questionnaire from buyer with mine items,then buyer will look for another guarantor service who will accept forum questionnaire with such items.
If buyer cannot find such guarantor service,buyer is leaving from me.

In "forum questionnaire" buyer writes payment details from seller(performer).
Payment details from seller i provide to me in advance via messenger.
Buyer add following terms in "forum deal":
1) i authorize disclosure deal name to third parties(that is to you)
2) i authorize disclosure seller's payment details(your own payment details) to third parties(that is to you)
3) i authorize disclosure total transaction amount to third parties(that is to you)
4) i authorize disclosure deadline to third parties(that is to you)
5) i do not authorize disclosure my profile link on this forum to third parties
6) i do not authorize disclosure my contact information(if i have any in my profile on this forum) to third parties

Buyer deposits full amount to payment details guarantor service,
plus my commission(my percent above amount for service).
After that i will notify you about this via messenger.
Seller(performer) register on forum suggested by buyer and message guarantor service privately on forum with request to disclose all clauses i've listed above.
Once you've verified that your payment details are included in "forum questionnaire",money(full amount) have been deposited to payment details guarantor service(guarantor service will confirm this to you),transaction amount matches amount agreed upon in messenger and deadline transaction matches deadline upon in messenger,you provide service to buyer.
If buyer is satisfied with service,you receive money from guarantor service.
Then you pay me my percent using my payment details.

I will advertise free for visa specialists and immigration consultants on different forums,who provide paid services for collecting and submitting documents to consulate to obtain Schengen visa or to obtain Temporary residence permit.

I advertise all countries except Russia and Ukraine(i will not advertise these two countries).

Buyer sees price on service in my advertising thread.
To buyer likes price.
Buyer pays my percentage on to payment details guarantor on forum.

Guarantor on forum notifies me that buyer paid money to payment details guarantor.
I'm sending in "forum deal" address office to meet with visa specialist or immigration consultant.

Buyer where they will need to arrive with their immigration lawyer and notary(buyer will hire their for money) on appointed day and at appointed time to submit documents to consulate and submit biometrics.

Period time in days for which i will or will not collect my money in "forum deal" is determined by agreement between you and  buyer.

Immigration lawyer and notary from buyer's side along with visa specialist or immigration consultant will legally conclude service agreement for which buyer will or will not pay money on based contract(if consulate has denied buyer to obtain Schengen visa or to obtain Temporary residence permit).
Buyer pays consular fee separately under contract and this fee is non refundable.

If consulate denied buyer in obtaining Schengen visa or consulate denied buyer in obtaining temporary residence permit,then on basis contract visa specialist or immigration consultant returns back to buyer full amount(money that buyer paid on basis contract) for paid service from visa specialist or for paid service from immigration consultant.
Money that buyer paid on forum returns back from guarantor.

If buyer has not received service within timeframe specified in "forum deal",then according to clause in "forum questionnaire" you must register on forum and write in "forum deal" that buyer did not receive  service because consulate denied to buyer in obtaining Schengen visa or in obtaining Temporary residence permit.
Guarantor will refund buyer's money in full amount.
If you in role visa specialist or immigration consultant do not wish to register on forum,then your paid service i will not advertise on different forums.

How it will be possible to prove that exactly this buyer,exactly from forum,on which this buyer saw my advertising topic,successfully purchased service.
When buyer pays my percentage to guarantor on payment details guarantor,buyer writes to guarantor in private message "code word".
When buyer meets with visa specialist or immigration consultant in office,buyer informs visa specialist or immigration consultant exactly same "code word".
Then visa specialist or immigration consultant registers on forum and sends to guarantor in private message this "code word"(visa specialist or immigration consultant will have such right according to clause in "forum questionnaire").
Guarantor confirms to visa specialist or immigration consultant that "code word" is correct.

If buyer received service successfully,but buyer messages in "forum deal" that he not received service(buyer is lying in "forum deal"),then according to clause in "forum questionnaire" visa specialist or immigration consultant is connected to "forum deal"(i'll let you know via messenger when you need to connect to "forum deal").
Visa specialist or immigration consultant sends in "forum deal" "code word" and sends in "forum deal" screenshot from contract  confirming successfully received service(visa specialist or immigration consultant will have such right according to clause "forum questionnaire").
On based "code word" and screenshot from contract  confirming successfully received service,guarantor makes decision:send money to middleman or return money to buyer.
