INSTACART 2025 orders keep canceling

Orders keep canceling, even though new account, new number, new account, proxy, vpn, data, etc. Nothing ive tried switching devices, new card, everything it's just not working not to refund when i can get the order to come refund come easily but in terms of the order going through it won't work instant cancel.
