Looking for someone that can claim inactive psn account

Looking for someone that can claim a specific psn account. Online ID isn't highly sought after or anything, just an old account of mine that I want to recover but do not remember the email and password for. Account has never even been put on a console, just created online so cannot recover it through support with the original console serial number. Will pay through middleman so neither of us get scammed.
