Looking for someone who can actually get me a working card gateway for a high-risk EU

The situation:
Mainstream processors don't touch this niche — already got burned once, account closed with funds held.
Doing around 2-4k a month and we just started, no ads running yet — so there's real room to scale once payments are stable. This isn't a dead project.
Currently on crypto + a card-to-crypto gateway, but I'm bleeding orders because customers want a normal card / iDEAL checkout.
What I actually need — one thing:

A setup where my customers pay by card / iDEAL and the money reaches me — settled to crypto, or paid out to a bank. That's it. How you make that happen is up to you; I just need the funds landing reliably.
No ongoing work on your side. Set it up once, confirm it holds, done.
If it keeps working long-term I'm happy to keep you on a % of volume — but the job itself is just getting me a payout that lands.
Crypto payout preferred, bank works too.
Must be trusted / proven. Someone who's done this for a high-risk vertical before — not a "guaranteed approval" seller who disappears after payment.

Don't bother if:

You're going to say "just use Stripe/PayPal" — that's the whole problem.
You want full payment upfront before anything is proven. I'll do escrow or a staged deal, and I want a working test transaction before real money moves.
