Making proxy software - What are your suggestions?

like the title says I am creating a proxy software that will do the simple stuff like scrape and check.

Was wondering if there are any functions you would like me to add to it, I am planning on writing it in rust for all the backend components and tauri for the frontend.

I have over 130 proxy sources I am gonna be adding to the software myself so if you guys know of any proxy sources im all ears for that aswell.
