SFA to UFA/MFA Method
Step 1 - Contact Mojang and tell them you lost all access to your account's email
Step 2 - They will ask some questions like:
What country where you in when you created the account? : Simple, use the email's domain to determine the country
What is your age? Simple, go in settings and check the age
What email did you use on this account? : Most simple thing, the email of the account
When did you create the account? : Simple, search on YouTube how to get account age Minecraft and you easily got your account's age
Transaction ID (tricky part) : Tell them it was an old credit card that you later cancelled
