Need programmer to help fix me a paypal config on svb

Long story short running into same error when config starts checking the data, error is "<<< ERROR PROCESSING BLOCK: HttpRequest (CGI) >>>

I am willing to pay, please dm me on tele with some sort of proof you have experince in configs @wtfkenjie

Bro HttpRequest (CGI) means soo many things when was the last time script was running properly? 
Maybe paypal have changed their csrf_token hash formatting if it was recent or maybe your script is getting locked out due to captcha/cloudfare
I cant guarantee that I might be able to fix it but happy to give it a shot
