Negative reputation

Hello i wanna an admin deleting my -1 negative leave by the user https://patched.to/User/governmentfed 
This is multy of the guy of this forum @gtxexe
The same this guy have a lot of accounts on this forum and many !
The ser @gtxexe is G1venchi from old nulled who scam user Ireland for 1400 $ and dont get banned because forum was seized .
Have proof in the group!
He stay in germany and is a fucking broke shit who distrub me  to make account for him and never pay ! 
Please one admin banned the user @government fed and if can i wanna delete my negative point because is very clear guy have a -7 rep is not at first hit in this forum .
