Purchased this a few days ago - ebook is good and reads well, just doesn't really work. Tried it 5 times now, following the guide 1-1 and the accounts just get locked and orders cancelled straight away. He was replying at first, answering questions and then just stopped after having issues. 

Like I said, eBook is fine and reads well, just doesn't work in the current implementation unless you change some stuff and have some stuff already yourself.
