① Your number isn't known until you install it. The network assigns it on first connection — neither of us knows it at checkout. You can't request a specific number or area code, and an activated plan can't be swapped for a different one.

② Only USA and Global can be topped up. Those two keep the same number running as long as you extend them. Every other destination ends when the term ends, and a new plan issues a brand-new number — check this before attaching a number to anything you care about.

③ Your phone needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Broadly: iPhone XS or newer, most Android flagships from ~2019 onward (every Pixel we sell qualifies). A locked handset refuses the profile even if the hardware supports it — check Settings for "Add eSIM" or "Add cellular plan" first.

④ App acceptance is likely, not guaranteed. These are genuine mobile numbers, so they pass the checks most services run — including WhatsApp, Signal and Telegram. Some platforms keep their own block lists regardless. If one specific app is your entire reason for buying, treat it as likely, not certain.

⑤ Refunds depend on the destination. USA and Global are refundable while the eSIM is still uninstalled — contact us with your Order ID and we'll process it; there's no self-service button. Every other destination is non-refundable once issued, and no plan can be returned after installation, since the network counts it as used at that point.
