This is a private method of mine where you gain the refund via confusion of the rep.

What you would do is essentially buy flip flops as an example along with the actual item that needs refunded

You must contact the rep to explain to them that your order arrived but it's damaged "I received my order and it's broken like the flip flops are broken"

I swear this actually works but it's a long conversation because the goal is to trick them into thinking the device is broken as well as the flip flop
