New around here but went to purchase Nova and my purchase timed out. The BTC took forever to clear. Not sure who to contact about this but I have the link to the txid if needed.

Hi, make sure to contact @pto_beastmode on Telegram. Send him your transaction ID and he’ll help you out. Please double-check that the username is exactly @pto_beastmode and be aware of impersonators.
