NOVA Started learning Adobe Illustrator. Opinions?

Like said this my first time using illustrator and using any tool related to Graphic design. Any suggestions what I could change or just improve to make it more appealing? This is going to be a small banner not my thread design!
This is going to get animated later to show the steps from buying my product to making bank. (No the product/Service is not sold yet its in the works)

logo placement 
change fonts 
also write text in rounds of circles

The design is nice I really like it but I would put space between the text and the circles. I would also put space between the circles and the center graphic and then center align the logo at the bottom. Thats just my opinion though other than that good job
