Odd request - pay to get into Alumni list

I wanna be able to get into a reputable university, but I really wanna just be in the Alumni list without having to go to class because I’m so busy..

Is it possible?

It is possible depending on the uni wesbite's security to add the details in the db but it also depends weather they save records in their db or not as many universities save the records offline/crm.
