Opsec telegram setup?

Hello patched,

I have a question regarding how to best create telegram account for opsec.
I am unable to purchase sms service like juicysms - bcz telegram sends a otp thru telegram.

How can I set it up so its not linked to my phone or a burner phone?

Any help is welcome
