We can use a middleman on our first transactions if necessary - I send him the transaction amount, once you receive your money from the PayPal, he releases it back to me
You would have to cover the MM fees as well in that scenario.

I'd also like to point out that I get the FULL 11% at the end of every payment, this meaning that if you want Crypto, you will also cover the purchasing fees (2-4%).
Holding fees are subject to change at any moment with proper notice beforehand.

I'd also prefer to work with people that have payments of at least 10$ or up. This does not mean I rule out the lower ones, it fully depends on your monthly earnings.
