Hello

dear patched members,


You can find the solution to all auth-related error codes in this topic.


1-Error: "Auth Result: Invalid":
 
  1. Go to Search -> windows update settings.
  2. Complete any updates you see here.
  3. Updates will be completed in half an hour. Restart after completion.
  4. Then run your browser and the program on the same computer. (If you copied the auth key from different computer, it will not work.)
  5. Copy the auth key and paste it into the program.


2-Error: "Auth Result: Unknown":
 
  1. Check your Windows system version.
  2. Supported versions: Windows server 2019, Windows server 2022, Windows 10, Windows 11.
  3. If it does not include the above versions, it will not work.


3-Error: "Auth Result: Expired":
 
  1. The validity period of key is 10 minutes.
  2. Open your browser and refresh the auth page, then new key will be generated.




Note: You must have the most up-to-date version of windows for auth access.
Note: We recommend using rdp/vps for programs.
Note: Your browser and program must be on the same computer. If you log into your account from a browser on a different computer, the auth key will not work.
