Question About Refunding before buying

If I don't have the full amount of the item can the refunding seller pay for it ?


I want to buy iphone that costs 1100$, fees are 110$ (10%). Can I pay the refunding seller 110$ If I can't cover the 1100$ and he do all the process ?

Are there any sellers on this forum to offer services where I just pay the fees ?

I dont think any refunder will do that for you right now.
It's better for him to refund it for him own and sell it for 80%.
