WHAT IS KOBA?

KOBA is an SCB Service that allows a client (you) to duplicate their funds through our merchant payment processors, SCB which means self-chargeback is simply a method of where the customer can get their money back... ever heard of Amazon Refunding? it's in the same realm but instead of refunding for free items, you're refunding for straight cash and the merchant is in on it

A standard operation from beginning to end varies, if we take stripe for example, if next day payout is enable on our merchant, then it takes 24 hours + however long it takes for your bank to process the chargeback, so it can take anywhere from 7-14 days to up to 30 days
