About the project:
1. Co-Developer (Backend Focus)
What you'll do: Work alongside me on core platform development, feature implementation, and system architecture.
Required skills: Production-level Rust (or strong systems language willing to learn), PostgreSQL, async programming, API design.
Bonus: Experience with Tor/I2P libraries, cryptography implementations, distributed systems.
You are: Someone who thinks about edge cases, writes clean maintainable code, and understands that in our world, every bug is a potential catastrophe.
2. Security Specialist
What you'll do: Security audits, penetration testing, threat modeling, and implementing security protocols. You're the final gate before code goes live.
Required skills: Application security (web apps), cryptography review, network security, familiarity with common attack vectors (XSS, CSRF, SQLi, etc.).
Bonus: Experience with anonymity networks, blockchain analysis, operational security protocols.
You are: Paranoid by profession. You find vulnerabilities before they're exploited. You think like an attacker but act like a guardian.
3. UX/UI Designer
What you'll do: Design the entire user experience—from onboarding to complex transactions. Create intuitive interfaces that work within extreme constraints (anonymity, no JavaScript by default).
Required skills: Strong portfolio, experience with privacy-focused design, responsive design, prototyping.
Bonus: Understanding of darknet user mental models, experience with Tor browser constraints, basic HTML/CSS.
You are: A problem-solver who understands that in our space, user error can mean jail time. You make complex processes simple and secure.
