Fixed checking due to a new change from Riot
PBE checking fixed [-] Checking for inventory (champions, skins, etc.) is no longer possible on banned accounts (edited)

As far as I know, basically the rp seller using the slc checker is working again. In case you didn't know, Temporary fixes don’t allow them to resume their business in large numbers
