SUGGESTIONS Allow threads to be posted for upgraded users without apporval

Hello there, 1 suggestion I have is allowing upgraded users to be allowed to post threads with out needing approval from mods/staff.

Reasoning for this is 1 less work for the moderators/staff to do and also I really don't think something like this is required, I recon this would save everyone time and it would cause less of a hasle for mods/staff.

Our previous system was based on this, but since this was abused, we decided to have some categories approved by moderators.
