Suggestion: (Paid) Auto-Shouts for Marketplace Shout Box
I feel we should have paid auto-shouts for marketplace shout box, would help with advertising products & services, however there should be limited slots per month for it. Otherwise everyone's shouts would over ride each others, rendering it useless.
