SUGGESTIONS SPAM FILTER FOR PMs

Hello my brothers,

I want to suggest to add a spam filter for PMs. I am aware of the fact that you can set settings on who can send u a PM, and who can't. Before I always had it so that people who want to PM me had to have at least 1 thread posted in any subforum. However, I disabled this as I was selling sig spots, and I didnt want to miss potential buyers. This however resulted in a lot of braindead niggas DMing me from my posted porn leaks threads thinking that this unlocks hidden content. I recieve 1-4 new PMs everyday with titles like "lol" and content like "afhafhau" or titles like "nice" and content like "nicenicenice" from users with no ranks, no threads posted.

So, what can we do to counter this? I personally think a system that tries to filter spam could do the trick. Basically, it would check newly opened PMs (if the users didnt have a conversation yet), and if the sender has NO rank, or NO threads posted and the PM only has a short title and content, you could make it so I don't get a message notification anymore, but a normal notification on the bell icon saying like "AntiSpam has detected a potential spam message. Click to view anyways". Or something like that.

I know this problem does proably only affect the top 5% of posting members to a degree that it gets annoying (like in my case), but it would definitely be a quality-of-life update. I just hate logging on after a few days and seeing 15 new PMs with maybe 1 of them not being braindead nigger spam.

There's also some kind of G2A scam going around where brand new accounts are spamming my pms trying to get me to use their "exploit". The accounts are usually banned the same day too but messages stick around.
