Suggestion: Add a Giveaway Picker for Giveaway Threads

A lot of giveaway here ask users to reply to enter — but picking a winner manually can get messy or feel biased.

What if the OP could just reply with `[giveaway]` or `[giveaway=3]` and the system automatically picks 1 or more random winners from the thread?

I built a plugin for MyBB that does exactly that:

• Picks random winners fairly  
  
• Highlights the winning post  
  
• Optional PM to winner(s)  
  
• Can auto-lock the thread after  
  

Would be a solid feature for the Contest section or similar areas.  
What do you guys think — worth adding?
