Recently started reselling replicas on Vinted. Been making really good profits but I'm approaching the DAC7 / PStTG reporting thresholds (€2,000 revenue or 30 sales) and need advice on how to keep selling.

I am selling them as replicas not as genuine items before anyone asks, and was wondering if anyone has info that they are willing to share on how to best go about Tax when reselling replicas (in the EU if possible).

Is it best to stop before you reach the threshold where you need to send Tax Info and make a new account, or continue selling and give your Tax info as normal? If stopping is best, One would need a new IBAN with a different account holder name as not to get banned (perhaps also fake ID's since Vinted asks for an ID Card to verify ownership). Or if giving Tax info is the way since i see a lot of people selling replicas that have over 100+ reviews on their accounts (which would be impossible if they didnt give tax info), even though these people are obviously selling replica items.

So if anyone knows anything please comment or DM me.

P.S
Is Ebay maybe better? I've heard its way stricter with reps.
