A simple Telegram portal system where users must solve a CAPTCHA before getting access to links.

How it works:

1. User presses /start
   
2. Bot shows a branded CAPTCHA (custom background supported)
   
3. User solves the CAPTCHA
   
4. Bot reveals available links
   
5. Links stay visible for 30 seconds
