Urgent Help My Gmail Got Hacked

Today, 8-9 hour ago my gmail got hacked, Hacker added their mobile number as 2FA.
So, When i try to login a code is sending to their number.

I don't understand how the hacker got access to my gmail and added their number, As i have already added:

1. My Own Number
2. 2FA code from 2fa.zone
3. Recovery Email Added and Verified.

I didn't get any single notification on my mobile, or recovery email address.

Hacker maybe can't change the password yet, Just added their 2fa number.

When i try to recover, its asking to send code to hacker number.
So, Its seems impossible for me to recover.

I can't find any help, I need urgent help from expert, As it is very important for me.
I need to account recover.

Please help me.

There is high chance, My account got hacked by onehack.us owner, The last activity i did is login onehack.us using my gmail.
After 3-4hr my account got hacked.

Also, I noticed seller added 2FA code to paywithmoon.com account, Where i have recently deposited money.

Please help me to recover my gmail.

If the hacker set their number as 2FA and you can’t get codes to your own, the only chance is Google’s account recovery form and proving ownership with old logins/devices. Remove any linked devices/accounts, change passwords elsewhere, and scan for malware. Also, never log into sites like onehack.us directly with Gmail — always use burner emails or aliases
