where/how to get premium proxies for cracking

Where do you get premium residential proxies for cracking? 

There are many providers out there, but using proxies for cracking and related activities goes against most TOS, so you obviously don't want the account attached to your real identity in any way. I'm am aware of one premium proxy provider that caters specifically to hackers/crackers because they obtain their proxies through malware, which makes them an illegal operation. I've heard as a service they are fine.
