Hello people I'm new to the forum

Why can't I use the shoutbox, is it because I'm not upgraded or because I'm new

It's not mentioned anywhere, not in shoutbox rules nowhere

There should be some beginner user guide or something

Okay thanks a lot. That page is kinda hidden though, under the extras menu.

So what's the deal with this site, it seems plenty active

full cookie logs and ULP logs fully allowed here?
