Need a verified Zipcar.com USA account, un-cracked, freshly made, or if not fresh made I need to login to accurately determine that you and you only have full access to the account. I'm unable to do anything while logged in so the information is secure. If you feel scared or worried I can proceed with a Middleman fees on me.
I am NOT paying first. I can pay the deposit for the application fee the site requires, and after you've proven that account is verified I will sent the remaining money upfront.
Otherwise, we'll deal through MM fees on me.
