Replacement Policy: We offer replacements only if there is an issue from our side, such as a login error or an account issue at the time of delivery. We do not provide replacements for accounts banned due to your sending content or high bounce rates.

Pre-Order Policy: We accept pre-orders with a 50% prepayment. If you decide to cancel a pre-order, only 50% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.
