1. Мы используем net framework версии 4.8 для всех программ.
   
2. Если русификатор не работает, скачайте и установите файл фреймворка ниже.
   
3. Net Framework 4.8 (время выполнения) 
   
4. После установки программы обновите Windows.
   
5. Также убедитесь, что вы обновили версию, указанную на картинке. Картинка, на которую нужно нажать.
   

Примечание. Рекомендуется использовать ротационный прокси. Используйте не более 200 прокси, большее количество может привести к сбоям.
