Shoutbox Suggestions
The major and most important suggestion regarding Shoutbox is the moderation, staff is not actively moderating shoutbox nor it has automoderation for selling, external links.
Some auto-moderation implementation could be:
- Mute users if they send a external links (Blacklist words as: "t.me/, selling, buying, sellix, shop-links, cash-links, etc.) [Youtube, Imgur and more doesn't matter along the message don't contain any blacklisted word]
- Warn / Mute users if same message is sent over and over.
- Send a reminder if anyone sends a blacklisted words: "@Patched User you have used a blacklisted word in your message, heres the full list of blacklisted topics"

These features could be implemented on forum to keep a moderated shoutbox and become a better version of it.
Shoutbox Notifications and Autofill.
- If someone tags you, it should notify you with a sound, else you'll lose the message or don't notice it.

- Message counter while double-clicking an user:
